| HP, I've been around -- just doing more reading than posting these days. We've had a very busy summer, but not BBQ related. Seems like we have had something every weekend -- either a wedding, reception, party or concert. Hopefully as the temps start getting cooler, our social calendar will slow down... |

| They should have changed the name instead of the format. I understand their thought process that a true BBQ Pitmaster should be able to cook anything/everything thrown at them. But because that name was used previously for a show that was formatted around competition cooking -- that is what everyone... |

| I've not had any problems with mine. But I probably don't use/abuse it as much as you do. |

| Congrats Jim -- that's awesome! But only 8 teams -- they have competitions with that few of teams?? I bet you'll be ready for next May so you can get back down here and compete in a field of 94 teams again at Bixby (but you should also stay for the following weekend at Claremore). |

Best of luck to you this weekend. At least you aren't crossing the border and have to deal with getting your wood taken again.
Take some pics of that smoker full of all that meat.
I sent you a PM -- did you get everything worked out with your Stoker? |

| Yep, that's what I want to try and make. I sent an email to Jamie to see what he'd sell one for, but I haven't heard back. The guy next to me at Bixby had built his own, but it was sagging in the middle. So I didn't figure that was a good model to design by. I understand the axle, but connect the wh... |

I want to make a wheel assembly to use with a bulldog a-frame trailer jack. I like the ones that you can get with a Jambo pit -- where you can use a push rod in the wheel assembly to swing the trailer around.
Anybody have any good pics of a setup or some design ideas? Thanks. |

| The temps were nice -- mid 80's during the day and upper 70's at night. The problem was we only had sunshine from 7 - 11 every morning. After that, the storm clouds would roll in and we'd get rain every afternoon starting around 2. http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n180/osufan_66/Jamaica/IMG_2751.j... |
