At the brisket again. 16.5 lbs (7.5 kg) brisket cut fresh off the cow this morn. Rubbed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and brown sugar, and a touch of English Harbour Rum. Set on smoke on Traeger at 10:00 local time

looks mighty tastey. How was it? You must have gooten filled right up on brisket then fell asleep cause I don't see any more posts
