Become a fully certified PNWBA Barbeque Judge
The Pacific Northwest BBQ Association in conjunction with the Pile of Bones are pleased to offer this judging class in anticipation of the 2nd annual Pile of Bones
Do you love slow cooked traditional BBQ ?
This is your chance to become a fully certified BBQ judge and to taste some of the best BBQ in the world. You will learn all about what it takes to create blue ribbon award–winning barbeque. Students completing this class with be certified as Judges in the PNWBA, received a lapel pin, certificate of achievement, a 1 year PNWBA Membership and will be qualified to judge at any of the PNWBA sanctioned events in Canada and the USA. Students participating in this class will be sampling/judging chicken, ribs, brisket & pork butt during the class.
The class is $75 per person and will run on Saturday July 4th
