Hello all, my name is Steve and I`m from Guelph in southern Ontario. I`ve run a competition ribbing rig for a season a few years ago for its owner, and my wife and kids have been working for other competitive cookers for a number of years. I will be looking to get into competing in the ribfest circuit as a family run business next summer, and while planning out my rig I have some questions I am hoping some of the more experienced folks here can answer.

Hey Steve, welcome to the board. How ribfest do you plan on attending in a year? Just fire away with the questions and we will try to get you the answers. Good group here and they all like to help out.
