I am with Morley on this. It would be different if you were doing this everyday but for these one time functions I would just do it.

Just an update on this event. It appears the event was a no go as it seems the guy who promised to book the mall parking lot never bothered too. I feel bad cause it's a good cause as my brother is autistic and my father is a board member of the autism society.
