Well I was hoping to cook a brisket this weekend and so was the new team that has been recently formed. Both of us were going to try a new recipe. Did any one else get a chance to do any cooking?

I made up about 25lbs of burnt ends on Saturday. Grilled fillet's on sunday night, but that is about it.

I'm letting all the locals do the cooking. I have managed to eat pulled or chopped bbq pork, here in the Carolinas every meal except for breakfast. Being around the North/South carolina line, i'm getting both the tomato and the vinegar based bbq sauces.
