Well we now have two teams in our household. It seems that Victoria has had so much fun at the comps she has decided to form her own team. Their debute will be at the Strathmore comp. She is going to be cooking on a couple of pellet machinces. Maybe I won't sell to her  .

She has come up with the team name of Kick Butt Q. Here is her logo

Congratulations to her. I can't imagine how good she will be after a few years if she sticks with it. I like to see the young people getting involved and having a good time. The young team at BBQ on the bow was funny. They were to young to drink but still partied hard as all the other teams there.

yea the sad part about this is she has some good recipes so it may not take her long before she beats me. As for coming to trail we have to see, with the change of date it does not look promising. I have our employee training the week before then we do in field training that week so I really won't know if I am able to attend until a couple of days before. Hopefully all goes well and I can make the trip as the whole family was excited to make the trip.

Jim this is awesome... my kids love to sprinkle on the rub but that's about as far as I've let them go  I hope she likes being on TV because the news crews are going to love this!

Congrats to her.
