Well this weekend we decided to cook a couple of briskets as it was good for Victoria to practice her prep work on brisket. This was her second and third prep on brisket and I think she has it. I have been trying a couple of different rubs. So one brisket had my rub the other had Victoria's rub. Saturday when we got back from Weyburn I decide to check the temp of the pizza oven to see how hot it still was. It was at 360 so I decided that I would take my brisket and put it in a pot and through it in the oven. it took it about 5 hours to cook. turned out okay but definitly not my favourite. I think this would be good for just doing a roast if you didn't want any smoke flavour.

Oven is really good for roast chicken, I fill the bottom of the pan with fresh herbs and veggies and let it cook away
