Well we are trying to get packed up for Strathmore but seems like the truck isn't big enough. Way to much meat to take. I have to cook for 300 volunteers and also have to cook for one of the chuckwagon teams. Will have to worry about getting new truck later that will carry more stuff. See everyone in Strathmore

Best of luck to you this weekend. At least you aren't crossing the border and have to deal with getting your wood taken again.

Take some pics of that smoker full of all that meat.

I sent you a PM -- did you get everything worked out with your Stoker?

Yes Steve it seems to be working now. I will get some pics of the meat however it doesn't like a lot in the cooker as it only has meat in the one chamber. Tomorrow I will be cooking butts, Ribs and chicken for the chuckwagon team we sponsored. Will be about 100 people for supper tomorrow

Well it's about 2 hours before I head out to Strathmore and it's looking like thunder showers for the whole weekend. This will be interesting for being the first compition I've ever been too.

Pretty Piggy turned in a pulled pork pizza for the chefs choice. She scored some pulled pork sauce from HP, and used it as sauce for the pie. All hail Queen Victoria.
